Together in Movement and Exercise – TIME™ program is a community exercise program for people with stroke. CLICK HERE to visit the TIME website for program locations in the Central East Stroke Network and a list of links to other online exercise programs.

Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Programs – Many cardiovascular rehabilitation programs include persons with mild non-disabling stroke and TIA. Contact local programs for eligibility, referral processes and program status. CLICK HERE for list of programs

Additional information is available on Healthy Living Now workshops that focus on learning self-management to support living with a chronic condition.
