Dr. Shubhdeep Ahden is a Vascular Neurologist at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, specializing in the diagnosis and management of cerebrovascular disorders, including acute ischemic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and complex neurovascular conditions. He is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Ahden completed his neurology residency and vascular neurology fellowship at the University of Rochester, where he developed advanced expertise in acute stroke care, neuroimaging, and secondary prevention strategies. His clinical interests span systems-based stroke care, optimization of hyperacute workflows, and multidisciplinary approaches to improving neurologic outcomes. He is committed to clinical excellence, medical education, and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practice.
